I enjoy spending my time exploring and learning about different people and cultures. I'm lucky enough to be able to do this both at work and when I'm not in the office. Professionally, I am a licensed organizational psychologist and consultant at CMA in St. Louis. I get to work with individuals, teams, and organizations of different sizes and industries to help them promote an environment that aligns with the needs of the business and people inside of the business. Learning about different organizational cultures and how those cultures impact the people within those businesses keeps me engaged and excited about the work I do. This is especially true of the startup scene. Working with entrepreneurs and new leaders who have invested their time and sweat into their business in very engaging. I do this by helping them be even more effective individually and bring in the right people as the company grows.
When I'm not at work, I enjoy seeking out different experiences and cultures, as well. It can be something as simple as checking out a new restaurant with my wife and young daughter, taking a weekend trip with friends, or traveling across the planet to experience a different way of life.
